The Qudwa-PISA Global Competence Forum 2022 was a one day hybrid event for education policy makers (in-person) and teachers (virtual), hosted at Expo2020, in which leaders in education from across the globe shared their expertise and insight on how to prepare students for a global future.
Evolution delivered an integrated campaign to promote the event, achieving all attendance and live stream targets. The campaign included PR, social media visuals and copy (including made for social video), brand film (which served as the forum's opening video), web content and direct mail (in both Arabic and English). Evolution's team also supported speaker and stakeholder management, coordinating with speakers and prominent participants on travel, ground transportation, guest registration, briefing documents, show running order and protocol. The event in numbers: ▪14 speakers ▪174 in-person audience members ▪2600 online registrations ▪20% social channel growth As host of the 6th Annual Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank's (AIIB) Board of Governors Meeting in 2021, the UAE government connected 103 delegates and strategic partners and almost 1000 attendees from across the globe via livestream over 3 days. The hybrid event included two UAE seminars addressing Green Infrastructure and Sustainable Development at ADGM and at IRENA Head Quarters in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.
Evolution delivered the virtual event, including live streaming, the physical events at ADGM and IRENA, and led the UAE awareness campaign to bring the important work of the UAE government towards a sustainable future to the attention of the general public. The Evolution-led campaign included the production of web, social and video content in partnership with the H+K strategies, and production of all ad creative for a multi-channel media campaign incorporating radio, print and digital advertising. Held during the COVID pandemic's toughest restrictions, Evolution produced the Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations; a dynamic hybrid event, held across multiple locations, and introduced an innovative approach to engaging live and remote audiences. Evolution developed a comprehensive program for a range of pre-filmed and live activations, discussions, presentations and virtual tours. The creative and content teams were responsible for scripts, production, interactive polls, website, all collaterals and signage and immersive branding across several locations.
